If you or someone you know wants to have a sleep study, your first step is to have your family physician refer you to our sleep facility. Once this is done, we can arrange for your sleep study. We communicate with your referring doctor and inform them of the results and our recommendations once they are ready. Please download the referral form below and give it to your doctor.
